Hey everyone, I've been exploring ways to improve my ramus and wanted to gather some insights from you. I've read on here that clenching will help out with the jaw but I was wondering, when clenching my jaw, should I use my incisors or molars? I'm curious to know which approach would have a greater impact on strengthening my ramus.

I'd also like to understand the effects of clenching with both the incisors and molars. Will one method provide more noticeable results in terms of jaw strength and aesthetics? I haven't been able to find a guide or anything on this so your personal experiences, scientific knowledge, or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Clenching can leave you with condylar resorption and teeth loss. Definetly a stupid idea.

yes, without mouthguard
But with a mouthguard it will be like chewing, it doesnt erode teeth, its natural and works
btw op chewing is better, clenching have better results but it will lead u to clenching during sleep or daytime when u dont have the mouthguard and it will be awful
