Yesterday a client approached me asking for a rating + surgery advice
The patient presented several failos in the eye area
Patient has high neck width, ideal gonial angle, good chin height, and forward growth
Final rating was MMTN and surgery/feedback was provided to the patient
I cannot rate someone below LMTN at worst if they show high dimo even if they have several failos
Usually people that get rated below MTN lack dimo AND present several failos
