What would you say are the most noticeable differences (if any) that you pick up on between you and someone of average IQ in your day to day interactions?

Also, would you say others can tell you are more intelligent than them?

I act much more on logic, and am much more aware of my surroundings or social cues.

I see more nuance in alot of things, have more independent views.

Most people can't tell, other than specific things that would barely be relevant at all in everyday life, I'm just a normal guy.

Did you truly struggle with processing speed and verbal abilities, or were they just relative weaknesses for you? You must have excelled in other areas to still achieve such a high score overall.

I had a FSIQ of 116 as a child, yet I scored around average (between 95–105) on most subtests.
However, I had a few notable subtest scores, that apparently increased my FS: 141 in arithmetic, 137 in the processing speed subtests and 135 in picture arrangement.
I’m still not entirely sure how that averages out to 116. If you take a straight average, it should have been a bit lower.

It’s probably lower now, given I’ve been dealing with chronic depression, endured bullying at school, and have pathologically high cortisol levels.

I scored lowest on the Verbal part, forgot the score but it wasn't too low. Pretty impressive however still due to English being my third language

Nope, but my English is as proficient as most native speakers.

My birth records are with my parents over at my hometown so I can't check right now, but it was lower than average.
