WHAT IS CLOBETASOL?
Clobetasol propionate is a very high-potency topical corticosteroid used to reduce inflammation, redness, itching, and immune activity in the skin.

COMPARED TO HYDROCORTISONE (AND OTHERS):
Hydrocortisone → mild
Triamcinolone acetonide → medium strength
Betamethasone → strong
Clobetasol propionate → very strong/super-potent

We can see that out of all of these corticosteroids, clobetasol is the strongest. And it also has minimal effects on cortisol.

(still be careful and do your own research)
(could still supplement ashwagandha just in case)

EFFECTS:
Due to its anti inflammatory properties, it will shrink your nose 200-300 times better and faster than hydrocortisone.

THE QUESTION:
The reason nobody talks about clobetasol that much is because there are no clear instructions to start.

For hydrocortisone, it is generally applied for 2 weeks consistently, 5-10 minutes then used everyday when going out, typically cycled for 5 days on 2 days off.

But since clobetasol is extremely more potent than hydrocortisone,
how often do you guys think it should be used?

this compound is known about lol, you're like the 3rd person to write a guide about it

usage is 1x a day LIGHTLY for a week or so, then stop usage. Don't use for the same amount of time as hcort or your nose will end up literally dehydrated and shriveled like the last idiot that tried this jfl

1x a day lightly for a week then stop permanently?

yes cause you got the desired effect? If your nose starts swelling again noticeably then do another cycle. It is incredibly powerful search it up and look at what happened to the other guy who made a thread on it

the effects are basically permanent tho aside from a nose job, similar to hcort. u probably won't need to reapply

could you @ me or send me the thread

hydrocotisone isn’t permanent tho?
yeah it is

wait i'm retarded jfl i'm thinking of isotret

but yeah my instruction stands for clobetasol tho, overuse will cook you. Just do it every other week or only 3 times a week

it's not that talked about because it works differently from hcort, but ima do some research and figure out if long term use is actually dangerous

I think the only concerns are necrosis with overuse? What else can go wrong with this high potency?

I'd use a tiny amount twice a week and see what happens tbh

It does look bad

I think the issue is he has major asymmetry and it is less visible under a layer of thick skin

It does seem to be very efficient though
ngl for everyday, reliable use with little sides after i jus finished my research i would stick to hydrocortisone

Yeah agreed it's the most consistent but clobetasol at a lower % could be meta because it's actually non irritating and much less painful
