Clobetasol Propionate: long term use and permanent results (as well as other corticosteroid creams)

Ive been researching clobetasol propionate and its effects on slimming down the nose. Its a very strong corticosteroid cream, one of the strongest in the market.
Ive been trying to see what permanent effects on the nose are if and in the end you end up with permanent net positive effect in slimming the nose.
This is speculation, but its possible to end up with a bigger bose then you started with if you use this cream for long enough. And this is possible with any and all corticosteroid creams.
Most importantly:

Does anyone have experience with this cream? If so please tell me, i am trying to properly research this.

Another thing, for anyone who has used any other corticosteroid cream (hydrocortisone, bemamethasone, …), have it enlarged your nose after you stopped using it?

none of these will hace permanent effects

imo topical steroids are kind a waste of time
