Clogged nose pores - immortal black heads

Breakouts happen all of the time with my skin, on the nose however, unusual blackheads, bumpy clogged pores, and white heads have appeared. They have been there for a good 12-14 months. There has been a lot to come out from my nose over the last year squeezing occasionally, but pore strips and diet cleanse has yet to solve this. I’ve tried salicylic acid but acutane is off limits so I don’t risk height. I used a suction device that pulled some nasty shit out but again nothing works for good or even on the certain spots. Tretinoin is next step maybe. Anyway, my question would be how exfoliate these areas.

it might b Sebaceous filaments , if not this is what i do for my blackheads , warm water or steam on face then js get a cleanser and moisturiser and thats what helped me

I think I heard adapelene is good for them by a dermatologist online

Double cleanse with oil cleanser is what I heard works well, chemical peel like glycolic acid for SF's aswell
