strategy no. 1
first, pinch you nose with your fingers. you shouldn't breathe in before this. you are still holding in your breath. second, stand up retaining the pinch nosed. third, look up at the sky, then down at the ground. repeat these up and down motions until air is absolutely needed.

having your airways restricted prompts the brain to unclog them. fluid runs through your sinuses in an attempt to unclog your nose. the motions help this release of fluid.

strategy no. 2

"mewing" is mostly cope for maxillary changes. however, it does rock the vomer bone. placing your tongue on the palate, specifically the tip of the tongue, causes this bone to move and therefore release fluid into the sinuses. you could also press on the nasal bone, to help even further. do so by placing your fingers between your eyebrows and applying pressure.

there are plenty of medications, products etc but expensive and a pain in the ass. this strategy has unclogged my nose many times and costed me 0.

you can also try:

• hot shower
• drink a lot of water
• blowing your nose

That vapor rub jelly in the nose is a legitimate method, and it takes no time so its probably your best bet. I think they also sell stuff specifically for this, that comes in a thing you squirt up your nose, you can probably get it at any pharmacy
