Close friend committed suicide last week

A close friend of mine (we been friends over 2 years) committed suicide last week ,I’m not gonna name drop but he was struggling with height things and women.Shit rocked my whole week we were gonna meet back again he was back in our home country.Never commit suicide you will ruin the people who love you.Rest in peace my brother.

Sometimes I think that he is still alive and accidentally call his whatsapp,I just can’t accept he is gone

If you obsess over such things, it will consume you. Personally, I have to not try at all, and only focus on copes like Pokemon, otherwise, if I try, and inevitably always fail, I vary between constant rage and depression.

Sorry, I didn’t write it correctly, I meant to mention his family. But yeah, I understand you. Friends like that often start to feel like relative , especially when you’ve shared common interests and struggles. There’s no words in situations like this it’s truly a big loss. It’s very sad to hear about men ending their own lives because of things they can't controle . Stay strong, bhai
