Should I keep cutting, albeit at a lower amount. Previously I was doing a 750 calorie a day deficit and I'm thinking of lowering that a 250 - 500 calories a day. My physique is basically DYEL. Do I need to train core or abs more? Should I keep lifting as a natural?
