Should I keep cutting, albeit at a lower amount. Previously I was doing a 750 calorie a day deficit and I'm thinking of lowering that a 250 - 500 calories a day. My physique is basically DYEL. Do I need to train core or abs more? Should I keep lifting as a natural?

First photo in unflexed, the second photo is sucking my stomach in or flexed.

Likely just bad fat distribution or you have thick skin
 
According to the scan my highest fat percentage is on my legs.
Oh then it’s probably mean’s you’ll need to cut way more to see visible abs
 
Train abs with weights.

you cant see abs until 13% in most people and 8-10% for defined abs. Stay in a decently large deficit

I think you're not 15% just like me tbh. Closer to 20.
 
Lift, you have 0 muscle. 15% no abs is normal on dyel physiques
