Closed growth plates + HGH?

Few months ago, doctor said my growth plates were open, said i had like half a year left
Took a radiology test a week ago, doctor says its closed now, but i already ordered HGH
Will HGH, infib, etc do anything meaningful? or will it just make me look like a ogre
No idea on my knees, spine growth plates, only hand.
