Closed or open rhinoplasty?

I want to remove the bump on my nose but also want to make it straight. Apparently this practice of making a nose straighter is associated with an open approach, but I don’t want to pay an extra 2k for an open approach…but I’ve also read it can be fixed with a closed approach? My nose isn’t that assymetrical
