Clothing/Fasion site question

I have many clothing ideas that only I and a maybe a few others would like to buy
I dont want to mass-produce it but I actually only want to make 1 or two.

Does anybody know of a site where I can input my own design and control every aspect of the clothing (clothing, quality, etc)?

I DO NOT want to buy in bulk

Bruh don't overthink it, you don't need to be autistic about it. Just look at what popular people around you wear and that is what you should wear. Goes for hairstyles too

Your best bet is buying the blanks of the pieces you want and finding a local screen printer or embroider.
