Honestly you can't really raise your iq. The only things you can do is to read books, that's it. But if you want to joke good you need to up your fantasia levels, with having good imagination comes good jokes

Subjective, everyone can imagine women but creating creative scenarios is hard for most ppl.

I don't know how good I joke but some people tell me I'm funny, I usually use lots of fake scenarios in jokes and sarcasm seems to be working, something more is hard and takes too much brainpower
