Hey everyone, I am excited to go out to the club for the first time this weekend and wanted to ask for some tips to make the most of my experience.

First off, what should I wear? I live in a colder climate and don't want to freeze, but also want to look good.

Secondly, I've been trying to lean up a bit and was wondering if there are any supplements or medication that are good for this? And what are some ways to lean up quickly?

Thirdly, I'm a bit nervous about drinking and getting sick. What are some ways to avoid throwing up?

Lastly, I have social anxiety and don't want it to ruin my night. What are some ways to deal with it before going to the club?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I am a bit self-conscious about my dancing skills. I don't want to look like an autist on the dance floor. Are there any tips on how to dance in a non-autistic way?

For drinks just don’t go too heavy if you’re a lightweight, stick to cocktails and beer.

What kind of club? What music?

Looks too tryhard for an average club
This lol-

These guys suggesting this stuff probably are just basement rotters who’ve never actually been out

Wear a nice t shirt- preferably branded, jeans, trainers or semi smart shoes (like desert boot style), a gold chain and a nice belt are also good additions

I dont know about outfit choices are anything but as long as you dont look unwashed and below average you should be fine, alcohol should help you with dancing and confidence issues (provided you arent a sperg irl or something).

I had social anxiety and went hard at raves and clubs. U need real info nibba

Update: So, I ended up not going to the club.

I just couldn't bring myself to go, knowing that I would be height, styled, frame, and NT mogged by all the 6'5" gymmaxxed chads there.

If you're below 6', don't go. Best club tip you can get.
