Co2 fractional laser and facial fat pad loss

I’m thinking about getting co2 laser treatment I don’t have acne scars but have some hyperpigmentation and kinda dull skin. There are so many redditards say that it destroyed their fat pads. Is it true ? @Biggdink

Which CO2? Ablative or fractional?

The first time i hear that any fat pads are destroyed... What is the mechanism? WTF?

It isn’t the same lol. I’ve been using Tret more than 4-5 years
