This thread is about private life copers who are wanna be Bruce Waynes thinking they live a private life. There’s a difference between living a private life and having nothing to show for. Because it’s great you’re protecting your peace, but there weren’t even any intruders in the first place.

Like, we get that you’re leaving Instagram for a bit, but this is also the fourth time you’ve announced this year. By now, the novelty’s worn off and the words have no meaning, because we all know you’ll be back the same time next month.

Nothing against living life without social media, but you’re acting like this was some difficult decision, when in reality, you planned your departure weeks ago. You built an entire fortress of security to protect you from the two texts you get per year, and the change doesn’t hit the same when you were always living that private life.

Because maybe it wasn’t by choice, but the only real difference now is that your so called private life comes with public announcements.

So yeah, good on you for finally living for yourself, but a private life only becomes impressive when there was a public one available in the first place. Hence, coaches don’t play, but they definitely used to.

If you "announce" that you are leaving Instagram for a bit, to your 1k followers, then you are actually a braindead tard.
It's performative at best, and honestly, either be private or don't be private, but announcing yourself being private is literally oxymoronic.

Just be yourself, if you are private by nature because you aren't interested in socials, or friends etc. then great, if you aren't private because you enjoy taking pics and posting, then great also.
