Had a design meeting on Zoom with Dr C a couple days ago. His proposed movements are 18mm of forward growth and 21mm of width. His main reference is the so-called Coceancig line which is talked about by some users on here.
He said a couple things about my face, recession and asymmetry that may be over-exaggerated, but he’s just very brutal. Sometimes I felt like the scan was dodgy because I couldn’t believe what he was saying jfl.
He knows that his large advancements will leave the rest of the face extremely lacking, so he advises using bone filler to accentuate the cheekbone and fill in the jaw. AFAIK he does do Custom PEEK implants but I’m pretty sure he’s a lot more interested in this.
He also rotates the rami outwards which might create outward flaring gonions but I didn’t really ask about it.
