Cockroach climbed on my table

I was watching a video on my computer when all of a sudden I notice this very fast shadow moving around on my table (lights were turned off and I could see the shadow of it moving due to lights of my keyboard and PC)

I opened the light and I confirmed it was a cockroach, it jumped from my table to the ground and made a disgusting noise then I stepped on it with my foot and crushed it last time with my fist to make sure. It got split into pieces and I disposed it off by throwing it outside
