I fucked my fwb in the ass using coconut oil for a few weeks, she actually noticed skin on/around her ass feeling smoother :feelshehe:

Anecdotally, my dick has never had such clear and soft skin, so i guess there is some merit to coconut oil.

It is a bitch to get off tho, so after applying it, use soap to clean it off, doing it with water is near impossible.

Seriously, coconut oil is the lube if you want to fuck a girl(or anyone else for that matter, I don't judge :dafuckfeels:) in the ass, it smells good, is somewhat anti microbial, feels great on your skin and if your dick or her ass feel raw after, it helps with the soreness and it promotes increased turnover of collagen in wounds.

But for real, I definitely think it helps your skin.
If anecdotal evidence isn't good for you, here are some studies:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5796020/

Basically, it increased neovascularization, fibroblast proliferation, pepsin-soluble collagen synthesis, and turnover of collagen in wounds, demonstrated that coconut oil increased expression of CE components, thereby contributing to protective barrier functions of the SC and Furthermore, the expression of inflammatory profile was lower in the coconut oil-treated group after exposure to UVB radiation, Topical coconut oil protects the skin from UV radiation. Monolaurin(component of coconut oil) displays antimicrobial activity by disintegrating the lipid membrane of lipid-coated bacteria
Coconut oil has been shown to be as effective and safe as mineral oil when applied as moisturizers for mild to moderate xerosis [120]. In a study of pediatric patients with mild to moderate AD, topical applications of virgin coconut oil was shown to be effective in decreasing the severity of the disease, ameliorating disease severity index (SCORAD), and improving barrier function (TEWL and skin capacitance) [73]. Topical applications of virgin coconut oil are effective in promoting WH through faster epithelization. A histopathological study by Nevin et al. revealed increased neovascularization, fibroblast proliferation, pepsin-soluble collagen synthesis, and turnover of collagen in wounds [74]. Kim et al. demonstrated that coconut oil increased expression of CE components, thereby contributing to protective barrier functions of the SC [75]. Furthermore, the expression of inflammatory profile was lower in the coconut oil-treated group after exposure to UVB radiation [75]. Topical coconut oil protects the skin from UV radiation [65].

Of all the acid components of coconut oil, monolaurin has been shown to have additional significance. Monolaurin is a monoglyceride derived from lauric acid. It comprises nearly 50% of coconut’s fat content. Monolaurin displays antimicrobial activity by disintegrating the lipid membrane of lipid-coated bacteria including Propionibacterium acnes, Staphylococcus aureus, and Staphylococcus epidermidis [76]. Coconut oil in concentrations of 5% to 40% (w/w) exhibited bactericidal activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, and Bacillus subtilis [77]. Cellular studies have also shown that monolaurin exhibits antiviral and antifungal activity [78].

And this one in vitro also got some good results: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6335493/

ALL I WANT YOU TO TAKE AWAY FROM THIS IS THAT COCONUT OIL IS THE BEST ASS LUBE :feelsohh:

There's some dermatologists that say it clog pores and can cause breakouts. It may be a hit or miss kinda thing, choose what you feel is best.

clogged pores. Experienced that too
Did you clean it off after keeping it on for some time or keep it on all day?

AFAIK, its better to use it just as you would use it for hair, apply the oil, keep it on for some time(no longer than 1-2h) and clean it out/off.

Kept it overnight, but not some massive amount, just a thin layer. My fkrehead is oily in general so coconut is just a NOPE for me.

it’s just good because it keeps it moisturised. u can use some other things instead but i think it’s best
Read the studies quoted above, it also increases collagen turnover among other things

It’s too dense for the skin

I used coconut oil when I was using tretinoin and actually it was the best(and cheapest) moisturizer for my skin.

Bump cause I said it would clog pores but I started using it and it's nice as on my skin. Don't notice anything negative and it does great for my hair, lips, everything. I usually put it on my body and hair before i play basketball once a week and then shower it off

Nah .. its shit for your face.. there are loads of better things to stick on your face.

I use it in the bath though.. put 2 blobs in your bath and it makes your whole body feel nice and smooth
