I take 1 tbsp everyday but for hair is meh

I'd rather just shampoo less and let natural oils do it's work

Yeah thats what I used it for too. I had dry lips that were like this:

I applied coconut oil and it was gone in hours. Never had such a quick healing experience before tbh

I notice that when I go out, especially in the cold air my lips get dry very quickly

I use raw pure organic coconut oil. It’s a lifesaver
