it will help with debloating, but if you consume 5000 mgs of sodium then drink coconut water you’re retarded if you think it’s gonna debloat you immediately

Only way you can kinda naturally debloat is a 1:4 potassium ratio frequent cardio and 4l of water

i agree, might have to hop on diuretics. Only time i felt truly debloated was when i was on a cal deficit with low sodium diet and did 1 hr of fasted cardio in the morning and 10 min sauna after.
