Is coconut water cope for debloating?

I know it has lots of potassium but the calories and sugars would just not add up right?

Yea, I know it’s natural sugars that’s another question if they bloat your face.

I could be a retard but wouldn’t it be better just to smash down some zero sugar body armors or just supplementing actual potassium without the calories + sugar?

Let me know brahs :y'all:

everything for debloating is cope, just get a balanced sodium pottasium levels, sources dont matter. If you actually want to get rid of water use a diurectic

I’m taking potassium it genuinely doesn’t do that much, I just feel slightly less bloated

Coconut water isn’t cope, but it’s not an instant fix either. It gives potassium + hydration, but also ~50–70 kcal and 10–15g sugar per 330ml. If you just want electrolytes without calories, a zero-sugar electrolyte drink makes more sense. Sugar itself doesn’t inherently “bloat your face”; sodium, hydration, glycogen/water retention, sleep etc. matter more. Don’t megadose potassium supplements.

Sugar or any carb does not significantly bloat ur face. And pottasium doesn't debloat u that crazy, unless ur changing ur entire electrolyt system with diurectics or some sort. Unless ur living crazy unhealthy right now, coco water wont do anything noticable

Yeah that’s what I heard you know good websites to get some?:y'all:
