Ivr been drinking a lot of coconut water to debloat water retention as well as lean maxxing.

Is it better to get potassium Supplements, or spinach/bananas?

It tastes good though. Haven’t seen changes yet because I just started.

300% cope its just sugar water.

it works for potassium but personally I don't enjoy the taste+ the sugar is bad. May be good if you like it

It helps but the most effective ways to debloat is cardio and caloric deficit coconut water helps though.

coconut water should be avoided due to deuterium content impacting mitochondrial health

Coconut water is good if you drink straight from coconut but they add sugar and flavors if they can or bottle it even if they say it's pure coconut water. Otherwise it spoils and turns rancid.
