i keep seeing people above around 11-13% bodyfat talking about debloating will save you, but without being lean it is essentially useless since your bodyfat will cloak your bones. And drinking all that "coconut water" and limiting sodium may help a little bit but it all lies within how lean you are. If you are sub 12% bodyfat, then the only NON cope ways on how to debloat is diuretics (often work better if not natural) and drinking a moderate amount of water with cardio (cardio will only debloat you for a few hours after a session so best to do it before going out or to a party).

well the word has been tiktokified and been filled with tons of bs. I've been seeing eating bananas will debloat you and drinking dandelion root tea will make you ascend :LOL:

You’re not totally wrong you just need a 3/1 potassium ratio but if you’re over 13% you have bigger problems :lul:

I’ve started doing some research, and even if it sounds corny, my first step toward reducing bloating is adding 10 minutes of cardio after my workouts. I also just picked up a potassium supplement. With how commonly debloating is discussed, it doesn’t seem like just “cope”—there has to be some real, practical ways to reduce facial bloating.
