could this be the cause of my sudden drop in gym performance relating energy, ever since i got to colombia for vacation ive been drinking 3+ large cups of coffee a day, everytime i come here i get bloated and ugly and my energy drops

i live in the US, school calendar ended around may, so i come and visit family, for winter i do trips like colorado, newyork, etc

That's a lot of an amino acid. It could be real.

To be safe when it comes to that glueing concern, I would eat entire daily dose of creative powder alongside raw kefir, or raw fat containing meal, to help assimilate it, and to help detox immediately unassimilatable parts of the whole thing.
