Coffee is bad for IQmaxxing

Whenever I drink coffee my working memory decreases, drastically. Whenever I do not drink coffee I can consistently reach level 9 on the Corsi block test however when I drink coffee I can only hit level 6-7 on the Corsi block test.

imo any type of diuretic is bad for you coffee or alcohol
i used to drink this shit and it absolutely dehydrated the fuck out of my body
the caffeine withdrawal headaches lasted almost a week never drinking this shit again

I've heard coffee dehydrates you. You probably need to drink extra water to counter it's effects.

Worst thing about caffeine is the dependence. You become zombie and it starts to take caffeine to be normal again.
