I don't think it's that simple since the weightloss won't be unique to bodyfat but will also include some muscle mass loss so for a 70 kg person to go down to 12 im guessing they'd have to drop to 50-60 kg range500 per day = 1/2 kg fat per week 2 kg in a month. In three months losing 6 kg fat will reduce around 8 percent bf . Assume man is 70 kg then 20 percent of 70 is 14 kg. If he loses 6 kg bf then remaining bf is 8 kg and 12 percent of 70 is 8.4 ~8. Thus losing 6 kg bf makes the 70 kg man go down to 12 percent bf
