Coffee withdrawal is hell

I felt like I was legitimately dying last night, fell asleep, then I woke up approximately every hour, over and over again.

I thought I was gonna have to call an ambulance, I was already writing my goodbye texts, I thought I was going to die.

I could hear my stomach, and it’s every motion, at that point, I thought I was brain dead, autistic and retarded.

Caffeine itself is shit glad I left that crap it completely fucked everything in my body.

I have successfully tapered off to 20 mg / day now and that too occasionally.

500 mg / day to now just 20 mg / day, that too rarely.

I want to reduce my caffeine intake man. Ask @OOGABOOGA I regularly have 2-3 Bang energy drinks per day (900mg total) or lots and lots of coffee
