you do not want seed shit dont lie to yourself saying coffee tastes good. what you want is the natural waters of life, from fruits.

How do you like something that is bitter
Wdym when did I say that ? I said that Milk and Sugar isn’t bad for you. I was implying that I drink it with milk and sugar.

if you had a good diet you would not feel tired or in need of caffeine.
I have a decent diet but sometimes I can’t always get enough sleep and I train also combat sports so you know the caffeine helps me a lot

you need no more than 6 hours of deep sleep, your sleep is interrupted by your caffeine consumption. have less caffeine = sleep better under the same schedule = less tired and in need for a hit of adrenaline.

I need 8 hours sleep I’m 16 and train very hard and caffeine can interrupt your sleep but it all depends on how much and at what time

Also depends on the person on how sensitive they are to caffeine

wrong wrong and wrong, you don't need 8 hours sleep, you're basing it off of 1 study conducted and redistributed saying the ideal time of sleep is 8 hours, you only need 6 as the 8 is taken into consideration of a minor interrupted sleep schedule where deep sleep isn't always in place. Caffeine's half-life is about 5 hours but that's an average, for me caffeine's half-life is about 3-3.5 it all depends on how used too and how your body reacts to adrenaline signals from the caffeine.

You’re basing adult sleep times to teenage? Lol

Obviously, caffeine if you drink it like four hours before bedtime or in the afternoon a lot it will disrupt your sleep. I mean, this is just common knowledge.
