I GOT COG THREADS IN MY JAWLINE + ZYGOS / MIDFACE
Professional COG thread ascension report, maybe should have gatekept
Yesterday I got the opportunity to finally try COG threads
in both my jawline and zygomatic/midface area.
This was done by the doctor I trust most, who basically ascended me. (I owe this women my life, LITERALLY.)
You can see her work in the pics.
Did some more work since then, but currently bulking
so you gotta work with those till then.
My inspiration @Orc , who already experimented with DIY PDO / thread stuff.
But unlike the low inhib DIY route, I went to a professional.
Because it is literally impossible to push 7-9 cm needles into my face, and trust me, it's not because of the pain (if you're afraid of needles, you're already in the wrong place), but rather because of the risks of crippling yourself, botching yourself when pulling/asymmetry, or actually tearing through the wrong parts of your face.
Not trynna shit on PDO threads.
@Orc is a fucking visionary
and they fulfil their purpose, but if you want crazy pull and lifting, these COG boys are the right stuff
And spoiler:
This procedure absolutely MOGS.
GORY / BLOODY CONTENT WARNING
What are COG threads?
COG threads are barbed lifting threads.
Big needle goes in with a hooked wire, needle out, the wire with hooks pulled, pulling soft tissue, body absorbs it, and bam you ASCEND
Why I did it
My main goals were:
- sharper jawline
- more lifted midface
- better zygo / cheekbone visibility
- less soft tissue sag
- more facial tension
Basically I wanted a cleaner and more lifted face.
After gymcelling and starvemaxxing, my entire face was sagging like crazy.
What was done on me
On each side, I had 2 threads placed.
Local anaesthesia for the pain, 18G needles for the insertion hole and then the fun began
.
1. Jawline vector
One thread went into the jawline area.
The entry was around the masseter area.
The thread was placed along the jawline direction toward the chin.
And let me tell you this one hits different, makes the jaw feel 10x sharper and leaner.
2. Zygo / midface vector
Another thread was placed from the zygomatic area toward the midface.
First impression
Zero swelling, direct visible results.
Jawline looked sharp asl.
Midface looks fresher, more zygo projection.
Not uncanny at all, like those 50+ housewives who try to pull back the last 30 years.
Just ASCENDED.
Will I do more?
Yes.
Should the opportunity present again, I want to add a little more support, but just those 2 on each side already did crazy work
My conclusion
In conclusion, this is definitely not something you can do DIY at home, you low-inhib retards.
Be cautious.
Go to a professional who understands men and their aesthetic needs.
The average injector will botch you.
The right doctor will understand vectors, dimorphism, jawline tension, zygomatic lift and male facial harmony.
If you are German or European-based, feel free to reach out to me and I might be able to help you.
Stay safe out there, guys.

NONE besides pimple-sized insertion holes
