? I’m doing diffeqs in high schoolAlso, differential equations and dynamical systems.
Can I replace Dexedrine with concertaMost of these are over-the-counter supplements, and most of mine are local. So I wouldn't worry too much about that, most sources should be fine. The NAC was from Bulk.com, and also Magnesium Bisglycinate, it isn't on the list as I bought it for better sleep.
The cerebrolysin was from RUPharma. The Mexidol too. I'd previously bought Cerebrolysin from CosmicNootropic but they are overcharging their customers.
Dextroamphetamine (Dexedrine) from a Dutch source on a darknet marketplace. I could link it, but not publicly. Surprisingly civil people there though, for the most part.
And I think that's it...
no noopept. This along with optimizing sleep, diet, exercise, studying techniques, and incorporating some meditation.
- Neuroplasticity: Cerebrolysin (5ml) daily, 5 days on, 2 days off.
- Attention:
- Dextroamphetamine (5-10mg) daily, 2-3 days off.
- Caffeine & L-theanine (100mg) twice daily.
- Antioxidants:
- Vitamin C (1000mg) three times daily.
- EPA/DHA (700mg) twice daily.
- Sodium butyrate (600mg) twice daily.
- NAC (700mg) twice daily.
- Mexidol (125mg) twice daily.
- Miscellaneous: Magnesium L-Threonate (2000mg) twice daily.
I've got three months until the exam or so (trust me, it's not much for the amount I've got to learn), I'll see how well it works.
Most excited for Cerebrolysin, which I'll be running for 30 days. Might need to add a thing or two. to modulate the efficacy of the dextroamphetamine.
How much for the guide twinI do study, in fact, I would say most of my time preparing has not gone towards preparing the supplements but learning how to study effectively (along with studying). I've got pages worth of information stored.

Let me know how the cerebrolysin goes, if you get the temporary brain fog that ppl talk about. This along with optimizing sleep, diet, exercise, studying techniques, and incorporating some meditation.

@Alexanderr did it work? This along with optimizing sleep, diet, exercise, studying techniques, and incorporating some meditation.

Nope. Not for what was the goal anyway, could be multiple things. I didn't try it for as long as I wished to, that is 4 weeks, instead I did it for 2 weeks.@Alexanderr did it work?
True, if I would've fucking studied instead of wasting my time with it I might actually not be failing my examsNope. Not for what was the goal anyway, could be multiple things. I didn't try it for as long as I wished to, that is 4 weeks, instead I did it for 2 weeks.
Cerebrolysin is a strange drug anyway, you hear vivid success stories but search a little deeper and there's enough 'it didn't work for me' posts as well.
Well, my neuroplasticity did increase, but mostly as a result of my increased habit of exercising, and improved sleep.
Though I've since come to find out that talking about neuroplasticity in such vague, high-level terms is really useless since there's many types, affecting different brain regions and it's dynamic as well (not just year to year, but like minute to minute).
Also those saying it was unnecessary for the exam-- they were absolutely right.
See, a young man finds some drugs he thinks will make him smarter and before you know it he's got a trunk full of it and needs to use every single one of them to feel prepared to do any mundane thing. I've grown out of the habit, my trunk's only half full now.
oh, I was really hopeful and was about to take them as well, but good thing I found out about it before trying. Anyway, is there any other study technique or drug, apart from this, that has helped you in studying?Nope. Not for what was the goal anyway, could be multiple things.
