its about risk reward, you look at said women and look at her looks and temperment, in relation to your looks. Better temperment and friendiness means higher probability to decent interaction even if nothing comes of it. Its about taking as many shots as you can because its a numbers game. Trying to get to know someone slowly is bad time investment, women know who they want to fuck. If it you takes you more then three weeks to fuck that means she is not into you.
