I have read a few books models, art of subduction and some others on attraction

I am 6ft unfrauded hmtn - lhtn

I dress nice and I get complimented like 2-3 times a month irl on how I dress which means I am not chopped

But I still have no clue what to say in any convocation and I shake so bad sometimes I have to lean on things to keep stable when I talk to girls

I have watched majority of every cold approaching on YouTube

Is it worth just to straight up guy a cold approach course for example zherka and which course the best?
