Cold approached in car?

I was sitting in my car today when a girl knocked on my window. I opened my door and she said she saw me sitting in the coffee shop before and asked if I went to her university. It turned out we went to the same university. We had a conversation and she said she was waiting for her friend and asked me to come with her to a nearby shop. We went together and I'm pretty sure my personality grossed her out because near the end she said she had to go.

Was she into me? This is the first time something like that has ever happened in my life. Did she just do it because we go to the same university? It was a really weird experience.
