On a serious note, you can ease your way into it. Begin by asking innocent questions as in "Do you know where is the library." etc. As you grow more comfortable, you will naturally increse your rizz. And things might actually start to go somewhere as you develop more rizz. Sometimes you will sense it, that they actually kinda like you and might want you to keep talking to them beyond your initial question.
