That’s why it’s recommend to not do cold exposure therapy 3-6 hours after working out. Muscles need blood to grow and when you do cold exposure you cut that off. But after those 6 hours it’s a great idea to do it. Ik it burns brown fat tissue and you feel great after

This. And skin and hair is way better. Btw it builds brown fat (fat protecting yourself from cold) and burns white visceral fat (the fat you get from junk foods).

I'm currently reevaluating my position by doin the research. I've been an avid cold showerer since 2018. It improved my acne and hair by a lot. It sheds bad white fat and builds good white fat and improves sperm quality and production.

Right now I'll say that this comment is the best stance on it:

Eh at this point I'll say to take lukewarm showers. Too cold will block muscle protein synthesis. Too hot destroys skin and hair.

Ya my curly hair combined w no shampoo n cold showers looks great. Acne also looks better because cold reduces inflammation

Yea fuck imma keep doin cold showers for this too
 
Cold exposure before exercise raise testosterone.
Cold exposure after exercise (for a few hours) blunts inflammation, which in turn kills your gains.
Do cold baths/plunges before exercise.
