first i started with warm-cold water then i remembered i had to take a cold shower.i stood under cold water for 2minutes straight then dried myself.i can tell i got almost no acne right now.thank you toptierincel42

im definitely gonna try doing this more often after hearing it helped reduce your acne, im not sure if it will help me at all because my acnes really bad and im gonna be going on accutane soon but ill keep doing this hopefully ill see changes

after 2 showers i can say it got better.make sure you dont eat fast food
