Yeah for me too it was absolutely terrible, painful, felt like standing outside naked when its -10 drgrees. I was really cold afterwards and I was shivering for like an hour. Felt really tired afterwards as well even though I thought it was supposed to energize you. I have been swimming in really cold water and that was kind of energizing but this was different, I dont know why. Just all around terrible
