Its normal. I would suggest getting a large towel and drying yourself immediately.

Your body has a low internal temperature from the cold and once it mixes with the warm weather you might get sick.

All the benefits of cold showers (except pain tolerance) are given by lukewarm showers, but cold showers will basically always induce pain/discomfort no matter how long you've been doing them, making them totally pointless in comparison to lukewarm showers. Cold showers have the negative effect of inducing stress which will counteract a lot of benefits. Lukewarm showers are nice/easily tolerable meaning they do not raise stress levels.

I had eczema too but using well water seemed to make it better cuz city water has chlorine n also dandruff probably from not using shampoo shampoo just irritates hair. N yeah acne idk

I have been adjusted to heat too much. It works faster and better for me and I am assuming that it would work for the majority of people as well.
