I finish my showers with 1 minute of cold water directly on my balls. For the next 10-15 minutes im shrimpmaxxed but after getting nice and warm, I get FAR better erection strength compared to my average PIED ridden boners.
Is it the stress lowering effect of post- cold exposure? Improved blood circulation? More efficient temperature for my balls to function?
