Cold weather and drinking lots of water seems to do good for my face

The weather here in India so far is 20⁰. Singapore tends to reach up to 33⁰.

My skin also seems to be getting paler and tighter.

I am able to tolerate 20⁰, I don't really feel cold.

I wonder what European(Northern/Western/Central) weather might do to me.

It's -12c I leave the windows opened overnight no heater on sleep naked.
