maybe slightly but dont apply tret on parts of ur eye causes MGD disease which will fuck ur eyes pretty badly

Yea dude, collagen helps but is not a cure-for-everything, but is very helpful to have a high collagen level for anything skin related.

High collagen foods are stuff like bone marrow and bone broth, while supps are ok if you cannot access these foods. Also, collagen production is naturally at its peak in teen years so i dont see a need for supps unless you are 20+
