So no point of looksmaxing if over 20 ?

This is still slightly misleading Even if you still have only like 50-70 percent, that's still more than enough to have clear skin with a glow. Majority of people, especially women in the modern day, start losing their collagen before they even hit 18 because the modern diet and practices are not exactly suited for keeping skin healthy.

Cool and what's your point?

Does the graph cater for outliers who go 'out of their way' to produce collagen artificially? Through strength training, red light therapy, vitamin c serums, microneedling, face massages, face muscle exercises, foods rich in vitamin C, supplements rich in vitamin C etc etc and etc.

Cool. You have to make adjustments, but really they aren't much until you are like mid 40s as you can see.

What type of diet is bad for collagen ? My dad is in 50s and has a very good collagen but his diet isn’t even good

Carbs/sugar, lack of water (you may laugh at this but this is very common), not enough animal products (mainly eggs, red meat and stuff like turkey/chicken), too much dairy (dairy has been known to cause acne problems) etc. Your dad likely has good collagen genetics in general and could have been even better if his diet was better lol
