you experienced acute heart failure. possibly from hgh or igf-1 causing edema around the heart. it is very common in the bodybuilding community they combat it by taking diuretics but they are monitored by doctors. i would highly suggest you to stop or lower the hgh and igf and consult a heart doctor for ecg or something.
