Hey guys I've been experiencing with my diet for a bit now. Luckily now that I'm on accutane now I don't have to worry about dairy fucking my skin up so I've been experiment with it more.
I've been on an egg based diet recently, but now that I know that they have a lot of sodium in them I don't know if I'm that into it anymore (I've been eating 8 jumbo eggs everyday for the past 2 weeks)
Is it a myth that eggs and milk are superfoods and somehow have some strange component that increases growth? because as a slight normie I always see people talking about the benefits for growth on tiktok with eggs/milk but I would like some knowledge from smarter people on here. I apologize for seeming uninformed.
I like to also have some carbs in the morning because it definitely helps my adhd and helps me work better (glucose) but I've also heard bread is shit.
so what do you guys recommend on a college budget for inhibiting growth and reducing water retention?
