College Dorm-Run (kinda illegal) business idea

Im going to advertise 1/2 or 1/3 and then maybe down the line 2/5 blinds poker run out of my dorm on campus for students to be involved in, once or twice a week, there will be a waitlist if the table is full, i will serve drinks and take a rake of just the small blind as i deal. Basically a gambling ring but im just dealing poker to degens that wanna get lucky in my dorm. any ideas to make this better? will it work? worth the trouble? am i retarded? lmk
