We are going by the normie scale so we can assume 7/10 = HTN, 8/10 = Chadlite and 10/10 = Chad. Therefore the above options would be a 6'1 Chadlite who can make money from his looks alone whenever he wants. The last two are 3 because the relationship will suffer long term without a minimum level of loyalty and humor, women are obsessed with guys who can make them laugh, that's your job in a LTR, to be a fucking jester. 5'10 height is okay for most women btw, face is what matters atleast for these girls.
