You will have no experiences worth remembering if you are ugly.

Better go live with parents and wageslave 1-2 years to save for surgeries and then go to college if you want.
If you go straight up to college, how do you know you will graduate on time? Who is guaranting you that you will instantly get a high-paying job? Even if you get one, you will still have to wait at least a year to save up money. How will you leave the job for recoveries if you manage to get them done? If you are junior, you are replacable and you will hardly find a such job elsewhere.

You don't need to follow the system and get a normal job if you are a free thinking and really smart you would be able to increase knowledge on these topics with books and online information entire point of school is to build up skills for future Job which will always be low income even making 500k a year is not a lot of money you have little to no power at that level, 100k a month is when you can start living a luxury lifestyle at a high level this is coming form somebody who is a profitable trader (one of the hardest industry's to get into) you should avoid wasting time in collage. 2.0 GPA in HS making six figures with bizz and more

Dependent on your major, having a college degree will definitely be better than not having one long term, but there is truth in the fact that college degrees are starting to matter less and less.
