For context i fucked my entire life by skipping to much school and now i missed the highschool experience and forced to interact with people so painfully neurotypical it hurts. Everyone here is either an ethnic or larping as one with the full roadman uniform even the foids do it.
In no way even if they would accept me in their friendgroup i would be able to connect with them because all they talk about is money, bitches and whatever everyone else is following.
Today i wore a tanktop to school because it wasnt that fucking cold and had a jacket anyway and the moment i took my jacket of all these ethnics were gathering around me asking some stupid shit if i was cold or asking me to flex, like nigga? Why are you so bothered by what some random incel is wearing? Do i have to wear nike tech and a pufferjacket like the rest of you? I even walked past this group of genuine fucking makeupcel ltbs and they dropped everything to go yell at me like this was the most interesting thing they saw today

What did you eat for bulking? I tried bulking shakes their crap tbh but yoghurt or kvarg with pepernoten is peak. I ussually mix with jam and oats cuz its cheaper but pepernoten mog for calories

icl i did not try whatsoever when it came to bulking (which is why i made pretty much no progress and just wasted my time)
ill probably just make homemade bulking shakes (as in protein powder+other ingredients like peanutbutter) when i go back to the gym

I used a really heavy recipe tho maybe there exists a good one but youll have to experiment. A 1000~kcal shake to just sip on troughout the day might be a life saver but if thats 50% of ur diet youll be getting gut issues. Solid food almost always mogs brah
