In college you have exams and exams require you to study.
Studying raises cortisol and cortisol kills your gains.
Therefore college is propaganda to keep people small.
Cortisol also makes you chopped regardless of going to the gym or not too.
Interesting enough there's a study showing how school/colleges/universities,either force or imply "woke,liberalism propaganda" and being soft kills your gains as well.
I can study well but I get cortisol anyways from being an undesirable,unlovable social reject.
You can fail an exam but you should never fail to bench press as a man .
